There are countless heroes with extraordinary powers, but none quite like Jack Smith, an ordinary SFI member who gains the power to learn from his mistakes and failures.

It all starts on a typical day when Jack is working on his latest project. But fate intervenes when he stumbles upon a mysterious artefact that allows him to turn his failures into strengths.

At first, Jack is sceptical. He has always struggled with setbacks and has a hard time bouncing back from failures. But as he begins to embrace his new powers, he starts to see things in a different light.

Instead of getting discouraged when things don't go as planned, Jack uses his failures as opportunities to learn and grow. He becomes more resilient and determined, and soon his SFI business starts to thrive.

As Jack's powers grow, so does his confidence. He realizes that he has the potential to make a real impact, and he decides to use his powers to help others.

With his newfound strength and determination, Jack becomes the SFI Superhero, using his powers to guide and inspire other members to reach their full potential.

As the SFI Superhero, Jack learns that true strength comes from within and that there is always time to start on the path to greatness.

Good day, Patrick.

Most people have their own heroes from whom they get their inspiration and motivation in achieving something in life.

Whether it is a fictional hero or a real-life hero, the reason why people look up to them is that they represent what they want to achieve in life, or in our case in the SFI business.

I have stayed in SFI long enough to see some affiliates rise up the SFI ladder of success, their team members look up to them and work hard to emulate their success.

But in SFI, our heroes are real people who sometimes face disappointment and many times they choose to vent their disappointment here in the Forum. Heroes can be our inspiration and sometimes they can also influence us to lose interest in what we are doing to achieve our goals.

The bottom line is that here at SFI we can be inspired by people who are successful in building their businesses but our real strength will be to go on when those successful affiliates suddenly start losing interest and at worst, quit SFI.

Heroes or no heroes, if we want to succeed we have to rely on our inner strength to continue doing the things that we believe will bring us the success we want.

Hi Patrick,

As a matter of fact, most people fear failure, but failure does not prevent success. Actually, failure can lead to success as long as we learn from it. Failure is one of the keys to success because it teaches us more. No matter how many times we may have fallen short of the mark before, success is closer than ever. All our past failures were actually laying the foundation for our future successes.

Each time we get it wrong, we learn much more about how to get it right. And, it is paramount for us to START, especially in entrepreneurship with SFI, with self-belief and sheer determination.

1. Failure: Failure is an integral part of the path to success. No one became successful without any problem. Failure should be used as an experience.

2. It's never too late: This is always possible at SFI. An affiliate can be inactive for years and if he decides to change that, he will thrive. It's never too late for progress and success here.
